ARRIVAL TIME & CHECK-IN
We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance
Check-in: from 3 PM
The house will normally be available from 3 PM.
In some cases – if there are no departures on the same day – you can anticipate check-in based on your needs.
Just tell us what are your arrival plans and we see what we can do. However, we cannot guarantee that this is possible in the high season from June to September
DEPARTURE TIME & CHECK-OUT
The departure time must be before 10.30 am
If you need to leave the house before 10.30 am you can do so independently leaving the keys in the mailbox at the entrance gate
Sorry but check-out after 10.30 am is not available. However you can leave your luggage and get it back anytime during the day.
WHAT TO DO ON ARRIVAL
As soon as you reach the entrance gate at number 65 ring the bell on BLUALGHERO ACCOMMODATION on the sunflower simbol.
DOCUMENTS & CITY TAX
It will be necessary to show the ID or passport of each guest. We need for registration.
City Tax is required and must bepaid upon arrival. Max 7 nights. Children under 12 years excluded
PAYMENTS
The rental balance is required in total upon arrival day. You can pay the balance in cash only.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is free within 2 weeks (14 days) from the booking date. Cancellations made less than 14 days will be charged with the amount already paid
IN CASE OF LATE CANCELLATION THE DEPOSIT PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
The deadline for free cancellation is indicated in the booking confirmation
Early departures & no shows
In case of an early departure or interruption of your journey or no shows you don’t get any reimbursation of the amount already paid
